Job Description: As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Representative for Toyota, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service while also managing data entry tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting.
