Virtual Assistant (3:00 pm - 12:00 am US Central Time)
State Farm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team during the hours of 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM US Central Time. This remote position involves assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance, including drafting and editing emails, memos, and other communications.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Organize meetings by scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging necessary preparations.
- Answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Manage executives' calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency with computer functions and the ability to learn new software.
