We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and friendly Virtual Assistant to join our team and support Toyota’s customer service efforts remotely. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, assisting with Toyota vehicle-related questions and concerns.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product features, warranty information, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting.
- Process orders, returns, and track vehicle status as needed.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or tech industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using technology and working in a remote environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a flexible work setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be available to work evening shifts and weekends, as needed.
- Knowledge of Toyota products is a plus, but not required.
