About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and friendly Virtual Assistant to join our team and support Toyota’s customer service efforts remotely. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, assisting customers with inquiries related to Toyota products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, assisting with Toyota vehicle-related questions and concerns.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding product features, warranty information, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting.
  • Process orders, returns, and track vehicle status as needed.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or tech industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using technology and working in a remote environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a flexible work setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Must be available to work evening shifts and weekends, as needed.
  • Knowledge of Toyota products is a plus, but not required.
