Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and client expectations.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze team performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Coordinate team schedules and ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to share updates and promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a remote team to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and remote collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
