Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and client expectations.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyze team performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate team schedules and ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to share updates and promote a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a remote team to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and remote collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
