Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technology Consultant to play a pivotal role in enhancing the inflight Passenger experience by improving and testing our onboard WiFi platform. This position focuses on delivering technical solutions and collaborating across various departments to ensure seamless integration of customer-centric innovations. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a product that directly impacts every Passenger’s journey with Southwest Airlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor by identifying technical solutions to optimize the onboard WiFi experience.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, and Technical Operations to ensure a cohesive Passenger journey.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing inflight connectivity and the Passenger experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across workgroups to support cross-functional objectives.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends to continually improve onboard connectivity systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technology consulting or a similar field with a focus on product innovation and customer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Passion for aviation, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
