RN Healthcare Advocate (Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members seeking healthcare information and support.
- Coordinate communication between members, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Educate members on available healthcare options, benefits, and resources.
- Assist in resolving healthcare-related inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all interactions accurately while ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends, policy updates, and best practices to continually enhance member support.
Requirements:
- Current and valid RN license in the appropriate state(s).
- A minimum of 2 years’ clinical nursing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities efficiently.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and general computer applications.
- A compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a dedication to high-quality care.
- Experience in healthcare advocacy or case management is a plus.
