Position Overview:

JetBlue Airlines is hiring a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to assist with data entry and administrative support tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, have a passion for customer service, and are looking for flexible remote work opportunities. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, managing online communications, and supporting various administrative functions that help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks related to customer service, bookings, and flight schedules.
  • Manage and organize online records and databases.
  • Assist with updating customer information, travel itineraries, and flight data.
  • Respond to internal emails, inquiries, and other online communications.
  • Provide administrative support to different teams within JetBlue, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with general clerical work, including filing, copying, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in the U.S. and legally authorized to work.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work part-time (10-20 hours per week) with flexible hours.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the travel or airline industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with customer service systems and data management tools.
  • Self-starter with the ability to solve problems and meet deadlines.
