Job Description
As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at JetBlue Airlines, you will assist customers with inquiries and manage various data entry tasks in a fast-paced remote environment. Your role will involve a mix of customer interactions through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, as well as data entry for operational purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, booking changes, and troubleshooting any issues customers may encounter.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks related to customer information, flight details, and reservations.
  • Maintain customer accounts and assist with updating information in the system.
  • Handle requests for flight information, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns.
  • Use company systems and tools to monitor and track customer service inquiries and data updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, providing timely responses and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience (1+ years) is preferred.
  • Basic data entry experience with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable using customer service platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must reside within the United States.
