Job Description
As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative at JetBlue Airlines, you will assist customers with inquiries and manage various data entry tasks in a fast-paced remote environment. Your role will involve a mix of customer interactions through multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, as well as data entry for operational purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, booking changes, and troubleshooting any issues customers may encounter.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks related to customer information, flight details, and reservations.
- Maintain customer accounts and assist with updating information in the system.
- Handle requests for flight information, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns.
- Use company systems and tools to monitor and track customer service inquiries and data updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, providing timely responses and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience (1+ years) is preferred.
- Basic data entry experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- Comfortable using customer service platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must reside within the United States.
