Job Type Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule Flexible work hours. Must be available for at least 30 hours per week. Occasional weekend work may be required depending on client needs.
Salary $22 - $30 per hour (based on experience). Competitive pay with opportunities for growth based on performance.
Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support, including calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide timely responses
- Manage social media accounts and update content
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Conduct research for projects and reports
- Assist in content creation (emails, blog posts, etc.)
- Maintain excellent time management to meet deadlines
Skills & Qualifications - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Tech-savvy (proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools)
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a computer in good working condition
