Position Overview:
As a Google Data Entry and Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for handling data entry tasks in Google Suite applications (such as Google Sheets, Google Docs) and providing customer service support via email and chat. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and have experience in handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and manage data in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Answer customer service inquiries via email and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entries.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

  • This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours (approximately 15-25 hours per week).
  • Must be available for at least 3-4 hours per day.
  • Weekend availability may be required depending on demand.

Compensation:
