Responsibilities:

- Provide product information, order status, and account assistance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work independently to solve problems and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and technology.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
