Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction with Amazon products and services.
  • Provide product information, order status, and account assistance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work independently to solve problems and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Comfortable using computers and technology.
  6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  8. Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
