Position Overview: Delta Airlines is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to our passengers and assisting with their travel needs. As a remote employee, you will interact with customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring their experience with Delta is seamless and positive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with booking flights, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
  • Provide information regarding Delta policies, procedures, and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns, offer solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Process refunds, changes, and ticketing issues as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other remote team members to ensure high service standards are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (previous experience in a travel or airline environment is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous remote work experience.
  • Knowledge of Delta’s services and airline industry terminology.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish, French, etc.).
