Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Communication:

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and policies.
  2. Problem Resolution:

    • Investigate and resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy.
    • Handle escalated inquiries with professionalism.
  3. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, shipping, and IT) to resolve customer needs.
    • Document feedback to improve customer experience.
  4. Product Knowledge:

    • Develop expertise in Mountain Rose Herbs’ product range to provide tailored recommendations.
  5. Metrics Achievement:

    • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years in customer service (email and live chat preferred).
    • Previous experience in the health, wellness, or herbal product industries is a plus.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and live chat tools.
    • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Soft Skills:

    • Empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
    • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
