Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and policies.

Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy.
- Handle escalated inquiries with professionalism.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, shipping, and IT) to resolve customer needs.
- Document feedback to improve customer experience.

Product Knowledge:
- Develop expertise in Mountain Rose Herbs’ product range to provide tailored recommendations.

- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service (email and live chat preferred).
- Previous experience in the health, wellness, or herbal product industries is a plus.
