  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone and email demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours (including evenings or weekends if needed).
