Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Amazon, you will play a key role in providing a smooth and positive experience for our customers. You will assist customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about products, services, and order status. This is a remote position where you’ll work from the comfort of your home, interacting with customers through multiple communication channels.
